Cancelling
You can cancel the renewal of the monthly plan (₹99 a month) at any time from your account. The plan stays open to the end of the month you have paid for and is not charged again. A month that has already started is not refunded when you cancel.
Refunds
If a payment went wrong (you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged but the plan did not open), write to admin@rankdeterminant.com within 30 days with the email address or mobile number you log in with, and we will refund that payment in full. Refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Earlier payments
If you paid for anything before 5 October 2026, write to admin@rankdeterminant.com and we will refund it.
